LRPOL022-GC is a pre-accelerated, isophthalic white or clear gelcoat. It has been formulated for brush application. It has excellent water and weather resistance

LRPOL022-GC is designed for use in the marine, building and transport industries. It is also suitable for general moulding requirements.
For normal moulding, the application should be controlled to 0.4-0.5mm wet film thickness.
As a guide, approximately 450-600 g/m2 of gelcoat mixture will give the required thickness when evenly applied.

Gelcoat should be allowed to attain workshop temperature (18ºC-20°C) before use. Stir well by hand, or with a low shear mixer to avoid aeration, and then allow to stand. As it is preaccelerated, only addition of catalyst is required to start the curing reaction.
